IN Vancouver, Canada, there lived three cryptologists Sam, Thomas and Tom, they had been classmates from kindergarten and were now in their mid-twenties.

Sam was the brainiest of the three; he had dark brown messed up hair and wore spectacles. Thomas had spiky blonde hair and was an athlete, great at races and swimming. Tom was the toughest of the trio, he had won several karate tournaments and at one time, when a bank was being robbed, he jabbed the robber on the face, making the robber unconscious and thus Tom became popular in his neighbourhood.

These three friends were very popular in their neighbourhood for their courage and bravery and also their friendly nature. Apart from that, the friends were also good investigators and extremely adventurous.

The trio had heard many rumours regarding the sightings of a Bigfoot in the forest near their peaceful residential area and the town people were really scared to go there. The friends were now planning to go and investigate if there really existed a Bigfoot or was it just a big gorilla that people mistook for the big creature.

However, before they could have worked on their plan, one day, while scrutinising the plants in his backyard, Tom found some hair entangled in a twig. Tom tested the hair and was astonished to find that the result was ‘unknown’. He called Thomas and Sam and told them about the hair test result.

It was the moment of great excitement for all of them but they were worried because the hair was found in the backyard of Tom’s house, which meant that the creature was in their vicinity. While the friends were busy in the discussion, they heard a loud bang outside. A jeep had hit a tree near Tom’s house. They ran towards the vehicle and the driver, who was luckily fine as he managed to jump before the jeep had hit.

The driver was shaking out of fear, at first Tom thought it was from the shock that he had an accident but soon they found out that the driver had a thrilling story to tell them.

The driver narrated how he was driving through the woods when suddenly something really big and weird came in front of his jeep. It was a kind of a huge gorilla but not exactly however, more fierce and horrible and banged on the bonnet. The driver managed to drive as fast as he could, trying to escape the creature that chased him, and he thus had an accident.

Sam, Tom and Thomas realised that it was none other than a Bigfoot which was now preying in their residential area, so there was no time to waste. They started gathering their equipment such as army shoes, a thermal vision sniper, shotgun, a can filled with nitrous-oxide, javelins, gloves, metallic trip wires, ropes, light flares, and, most importantly, ‘meat’ to attract the creature.

They drove to the woods and all split up searching in different parts of the forest. Sam found a trail of large footprints and followed them, a few minutes later the trail ended and Sam didn’t know what to do so he stood there thinking about his next step. Similarly, Tom and Thomas somehow ended up on the same place where Sam was. As they looked around, drops of blood fell on them and when they looked up, they found there was a large hairy figure busy in eating a rabbit.

Sam said, “Guys, I know what to do.”

Then he took the meat out from his bag, put it on the ground with his metallic tripwire around it. Tom then shot the tree to distract the Bigfoot’s attention and it worked! The Bigfoot roared and jumped at them but the trio quickly moved out of its way and Bigfoot fell near the meat. The creature could not resist it and went closer to eat.

Taking this opportunity, Tom took the nitrous-oxide can and sprayed it on Bigfoot’s face but Bigfoot got hold of him and threw him far away. However, the spray worked and Bigfoot fell to the ground, still roaring. Sam and Thomas got the courage to come closer to it and Thomas sprayed nitrous-oxide on him again, it made the creature completely unconscious. They tied him up and called the police.

Interestingly, they did not know that the government had put 10 million dollars cash prize for those who caught the Bigfoot alive; so it was a big surprise for them. They not only gained a fortune but also fame as brave friends of the town.
