We may soon find that Emma Watson's bagged a prince, not a wizard.

Mere hours ago international media started speculating that Emma Watson, of Harry Potter fame, was dating British royal Prince Harry.

Website Woman's Day revealed that: " the pair are having secret dates with each other and are getting to know each other quite well."

Woman's Day claims that Harry called on mutual friends to set the two up late last year, after Emma had split from her British rugby player boyfriend Matthew Janney. Harry is said to have then sent Emma an email saying that he would “like to get to know her” and invited her out with friends.

"Although 12 other friends went along too to make Emma feel a little more comfortable, the pair hit it off!" says Woman's Daily.

The rumour quickly set tongues wagging and the internet descended into a tizzy. Watson has recently been very vocal about feminism and the importance of women taking their place as leaders in today's world. She was named feminist celebrity of the year in a 2014 poll and is a respected figure in celebrity circles -- in somewhat of a contrast to Harry, who has a bad-boy reputation.
