Everything you need to know about Mawra Hocane's leading man

News of Mawra Hocane's Bollywood debut made a big splash, but how much do we know about her leading man?

The little-known Telugu actor Harshvardhan Rane is also a new entrant in Hindi cinema, with just one film — John Abraham's unreleased Satra Ko Shaadi —under his belt. In fact, if his 'mystery project' with Mawra wraps up quickly, it may become his debut film.

Is he good company for Mawra? The two seem to have become fast friends — Mawra, after all, has come up with not one, but two nicknames for him, Hershey and Harsh. We scrutinised his Twitter feed to find out more.

Here's six things we learned about him:

1) Harsh is a guy's guy.

He's into bikes...

...cricket, ...

...and MS Dhoni.

2) He also has a softer side...

PETA activist? Check.

Grows plants? Check.

Does his part for Operation Cleanup? Check.

Oh, he also sells T-shirts to raise funds for little kids' school fees! He calls the drive 'Shirt Off'.

It's an annual thing, apparently. Earlier, he took his shirt off for PETA!

3) He's quite the all-rounder, actually.

He can cook...

... and cut his own hair! How's that for varied skill set?

That's not all. His friends, including Mawra, think he's an ace photographer.

And it should go with saying that physical feats come easily to him.

He's a mean boxer...

and can (almost) fly?!

4) He loves the movies we love!

Who wasn't charmed by Piku...

... and lavished heavy praise on Tanu Weds Manu 2?

5) He was a high school flunkie

...and he's doesn't care. He's into the 'real world'.

6) He's single. Ahem.
