Jeepers Creepers 3 gets the green light!

GOOD news for the fans of horror-thriller! Yes, the third entry in the horror franchise, about an ancient, homicidal creature known as “the Creeper,” is slated to start shooting in Vancouver early next year and will star series veterans Jonathan Breck as the Creeper and Brandon Smith as Sergeant Davis Tubbs.

According to the film’s official synopsis, Jeepers Creepers 3 ‘will show events on the last day of the Creeper’s 23-day feeding frenzy, as the sceptical Sgt. Tubbs teams up with a task force hell-bent on destroying the Creeper for good.’

Francis Ford Coppola, who was also an executive producer on both 2001’s original Jeepers Creepers and its 2003 sequel, is back in this upcoming third instalment. While it will be written and directed by Victor Salva, who performed the same duties on the previous two films in the franchise.

Red Wolf gets his own comic book

MARVEL’S first and primary Native American character Red Wolf is getting his own comic book as Marvel resets its entire publishing line later this year for its “All new, all different” initiative, and the world of comic books will get a strong shot of diversity.

Red Wolf was introduced in 1970 as William Talltrees in Avengers #80, and was the star of his own nine-issue series that started in 1972 with stories set in the Old West. The new Red Wolf will reside in the American Southwest, with his more grounded powers, he will be put to the test against some very gnarly criminal elements.

Red Wolf will have his own origins, back story and powers such as the power to communicate with wolves, jump from hundred feet away and so many other supernatural elements. What is more interesting is that he will be existing in the same primary Marvel universe as Spider-Man, Captain America and the other Avengers.
