We shouldn't let enemy take advantage of Middle East crisis: Saudi naval chief
KARACHI: The Middle East is currently undergoing a tumultuous phase but we will not let enemies take advantage of this situation, said Commander Royal Saudi Naval Forces Vice Admiral Abdullah Al-Sultan on Saturday.
The Saudi naval chief, while addressing the passing out parade at Pakistan Naval Academy, emphasised that Saudi Arabia along with other countries stand united and committed to resolve all the issues peacefully.
He said that Saudi Arabia considers Pakistan its closest friend and believes in bilateral and multi-lateral resolution of all regional conflicts through dialogue.
“Both the brotherly countries are always keen to further augment regional cooperation in various fields of mutual interest and to further the cause of maintaining international peace and stability,” the visiting naval chief reiterated.
Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy complete harmony on regional problems and hold regular consultative sessions on bilateral issues, said Vice Admiral Abdullah Al-Sultan.
