SWABI, Nov 2: A three-day All Pakistan bilingual declamation contest, 2003, will be held at the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology from Nov 6.

Coordinator of the competition Sybtain R. Badami told newsmen on Sunday that around 70 orators from some of the most prestigious institutions of the country would participate in this event. — Correspondent
