Masses pin no hope on Punjab budget: PTI

LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf MPA Saadia Suhail Rana and senior leader Abdul Aleem Khan have said the masses in Punjab have pinned no hopes on the Punjab budget after the “anti-people” federal budget.

In separate statements, the PTI leaders said the PML-N governments had always been calculating budgets that suited their vested interests, aimed at exploiting the masses.

Ms Rana said the PML-N government had always intentionally ignored education and health sectors and added that the rulers’ medical treatment abroad spoke volumes of their “bad governance” in the country.

Aleem Khan said the masses had lost all hopes because of the present rulers who were amassing assets abroad.

He regretted that the residents of the areas from where Orange Line train costing billion of rupees would run, were deprived of basic health and civic amenities.
