RAWALPINDI: PML workers asked to be ready for sacrifice

RAWALPINDI, Dec 30: Former provincial minister and PML leader Raja Basharat Ahmed has said Quaid-i-Azam’s heritage embodied in the shape of Pakistan was the prime security responsibility of the Quaid’s founding political party.

In a message to the PML workers, he said that they must be ready to defend territorial frontiers of the country by forging unity in their ranks because they were the custodians of Pakistan’s ideology.

He said that like past, they would not hesitate to sacrifice their lives in order to safeguard the country. Raja Basharat said that only a political government could face a hypocritical government of India, therefore, a political government was the need of hour in Pakistan. “PML is the only party in Pakistan which represents the aspirations of the people of Pakistan,” he said.

He appealed to the government to allow political activities with full freedom and advised the administration not to sabotage the political process.
