Five killed in different Charsadda incidents
CHARSADDA: Three women were among five people killed in separate incidents here the other day.
Body of a 16-year-old girl was found in fields at Agra Lower in the jurisdiction Prang police station. The girl’s face was mutilated and beyond recognition as acid was thrown on her face. The police brought the body to the district headquarters hospital, Charsadda, for postmortem. However, the body was laid to rest at TMA graveyard after her identity was not ascertained.
The police registered a case against unknown killers and started investigations. Accused Marjan Ali, Ghaffar Ali and Shaukat Ali reportedly killed their sister and her daughter over a dispute in Samad Qilla.
Badam Gul told Nesata police that the accused persons killed his wife and daughter on a women dispute.
Mohammad Gul told Tangi police that his brother, Muslim, killed his son, Wajid Gul, over a property dispute in Berlan Korona area. The police registered FIR and began investigations.
Ghulam Akbar reportedly killed Kiramat of Pakha Ghulam area of Peshawar on the premises of Tangi courts here.
Police said Ghulama Akbar of Hari Chand was the former husband of the wife of Kiramat and had three siblings from her. He reportedly divorced her in 2006. She later married Kiramat. The accused had challenged the wedding in the court of sessions judge. The deceased and his wife had come to appear in the court in the same case.
