I VISITED Larkana and saw it in poor shape. All internal and external roads were in a shambles. All streets were littered with garbage and overflowing sewerage. The wretched of the city and adjoining areas were affected by malaria and other infectious diseases.

Although the PPP claims to have carried out record development work here, it was only on paper. Land encroachers and commission mafias are active, while businessmen pay money.
