LAHORE: The Majlis Wahdat-i-Muslimeen (MWM) staged a sit-in on The Mall outside the Punjab Assembly on Friday to protest the killing of a certain sect workers.

Speaking to the participants in the sit-in which continued late in the evening, Allama Iqbal Rizvi announced holding a national meeting in Islamabad on Aug 7 in the next phase of the protest movement if the rulers did not listen to their complaints.
