LAHORE: In the third phase of trials 14 players appeared in Multan as part of raising a national team to compete in the 15-a-side Asian Rugby Championship later this year.

According to a press release of the Pakistan Rugby Union, trials were previously conducted in Lahore and Islamabad.

Following youngsters appeared at the trials:

Sajjad Qureshi, Ayub Zafar, Abdul Hannan, Zeeshan Riaz, Kafeel Khan, Kaleem Abbas, Ahmed Khan, Babar Sharif, Mohammad Abbas, Ahmed Qadeer, Hasan Shah, Ahmed, Mohammad Kaleem, Khawar.
