Turbat libraries

LIBRARIES, which should be the centres of learning, are nowadays being used for political activities. In Turbat, libraries are being used by political parties for their discussions and programmes, while students are not allowed to use libraries when such programmes are being conducted.

Recently, the Balochistan National Party had such a programme which consumed the whole day. While they say students should be helped, they are using libraries which are frequented by students who want to learn and gain knowledge. I feel our leaders do not want us to progress and prosper.

I request policymakers, lawmakers and authorities concerned not to let political parties use libraries for their activities.
