Pakistanis celebrate Eid with prayers, sacrificial animals and selfies

KARACHI: Eidul Azha festivities in Pakistan began Tuesday, with people attending congregational prayers in the morning, donning new clothes and preparing their animals for sacrifice.

Security was stepped up in various cities on Eid, and security forces in Shikarpur foiled a suicide blast at an imambargah during prayers.
