The weekly weird
This is with reference to the section “The weekly weird” news “First pizza ATM” (YW, August 27). The news was hilarious yet exciting. Hilarious because now the use of ATM’s are changing completely as a few weeks earlier there was the news about the first cupcake ATM and now it’s pizza. And it is exciting because if technology progresses in this swift manner, we will also have such ATM eateries in our country!

The spirit of Independence
This is regarding the story “The spirit of Independence” by Shafaq Rizvi (YW, August 13). I agree with the writer that Independence Day does not mean to decorate your houses or neighbourhood to show off and compete with each other.
Independence Day means to remember the sacrifices our forefathers made for a separate homeland for Muslims. This day should be celebrated by being happy and making everyone happy that we are a free nation.

Protect your account, protect yourself
This is regarding the cover story “Protect your account, protect yourself” by Arooba Ghazal (YW, August 27). The article was informative with tips and reminders for every tween and teen who use internet. Kids usually ignore safety tips while surfing on websites. Because not all sites are reliable, some have virus, while some with malware which, when clicked, attack computers and
make junk or corrupt files in the system, plus there is a chance of hackers attacking one’s system in no time. So it is best to keep in mind all the safety tips.

The article “Protect your account, protect yourself” by Arooba Ghazal was informative and all the points mentioned were important to follow.
Most people don’t pay heed to account privacy policy or settings, which is why problems can occur. No matter how much time it takes to read the terms and conditions, it is always good to read them once, at least one will know what the site does with the users’ information.
