MUZAFFARGARH: Three brothers were killed and their minor sister sustained serious injuries in a road accident in Qasba Gujrat on Monday.

Reports said that three sons and a daughter of Syed Baqir Shah were going to a government school when an oil-tanker hit their bike. Consequently, Ahsan, Javed and Asad died instantly while their sister Khadija (6) suffered serious injuries. The brothers were students of classes between 7 and 9.

ARRESTED: CIA police arrested a gang of dacoits and recovered 16 motorcycles and Rs700,000 in cash from them here on Monday.

CIA police staff in-charge Munir Chandia and his team arrested three dacoits who were involved in looting motorcycles and cash from citizens in two districts.
