At least five people were killed and two others received injuries in a road accident on Bannu road, Dera Ismael Khan, said rescue officials.

The incident took place when a bus and truck collided near Yarak toll plaza on Bannu road, said District Emergency Officer Imran Khan.

The bodies and wounded were shifted to DHQ Hospital DI Khan for further formalities and medical treatment, he added.
