March 19, 2005

At least 35 people were killed and many injured when a suicide bomber attacked the shrine of Pir Rakhel Shah in the remote village of Fatehpur located in Jhal Magsi district.

May 27, 2005

Around 20 people, including a suspected suicide bomber, were killed and nearly 100 others injured in a powerful blast during a majlis at the Bari Imam shrine in Islamabad.

March 5, 2009

The shrine of 17th century Sufi poet Rahman Baba was bombed by militants in Peshawar. There were no casualties, but the structure of the shrine was damaged.

June 17, 2010

A police constable was killed and three others were injured when assailants opened fire at them in Golra Sharif, on the outskirts of Islamabad.

July 1, 2010

Two suicide bombers blew themselves up in Data Darbar which was packed with worshippers in Lahore. At least 37 people were killed in the blast.
