Young World

Young World is an amazing and fun magazine for kids. I have been reading and having fun but sometimes the content finishes so quickly that I end up being bored.

It is my humble request to the YW team to add more stories, activities and games, such as fill in colour pictures, contests, jumble words, etc.

II

I am a new reader of the magazine and I enjoy reading it. Everything from quotes to stories, to recipes and crafts to news; everything is just amazing!

I have found the magazine so informative that after reading the whole magazine, I get restless to read the next issue.

Money cannot buy happiness

This is regarding the article “Money cannot buy happiness” by Hiba Saad (YW, January 14). It was a great topic about how we rely on money for everything.

However, I disagree with the title. In my opinion, money can buy people happiness. For instance, a present bought can make our loved one happy so it means money has a significance in giving happiness or bringing a smile to people’s face. While it is rightly said in the article that money can buy us things and not emotions, it doesn’t mean it’s not making one happy.

Art is life

Handmade things like crafts, paintings, drawings are all made by artists. Art is not simple. Only an artist can create something unique and not everyone can do it. Every artist has an extra ordinary gift or skill given by God.

Many people think that art has no value but it is wrong; in fact, art can change life, by bringing out the harsh realities and beautiful lands on the canvas; realistic sculptures and traditional handicrafts in a wonderful way for the world to see. So I would request all the readers of the magazine to respect every artist and promote every art activity taking place around you.

Have a bigger heart

This is with reference to the story “Have a bigger heart” by Syeda Armeen Nasim (YW, January 28). I totally agree with the writer that we should not judge anyone by their minor mistakes. We should always have neutral approach to others’ actions, or at least give time to ourselves to realise and understand the intentions of others.

Situations can be different or may be not in our favour, but by giving some time to ourselves before making a judgement, we will not make the mistake of doubting others and spoiling relationships.

Don’t fear change

This is with reference to the article “Don’t fear change” by Neha Yusuf (YW, January 21). The writer advised us not to fear changes that come in life.

And I absolutely agree with the writer that we must not show our grievance to other people. We should stay happy and smile ,and try to deal with bad situations calmly without putting any blame on others.
