Rangers man arrested at Karachi exam centre
KARACHI: The spokesman for Pakistan Rangers, Sindh, has confirmed that a man arrested by police at the Government Premier College in North Nazimabad for interfering in an intermediate examination was an official of the paramilitary force.
The man was arrested after the college administration informed the law enforcement agency that a suspicious-looking man pretending to be an intelligence agency official was trying to interfere during the examination.
“The arrested man is a Rangers official,” said the spokesman. “He was in plain clothes and involved in a brawl. His son was appearing in the examination being held at the college.”
