PTI launches Urdu version of SC verdict
ISLAMABAD : Pakistan Tehreek –i-Insaf (PTI) ON Wednesday unveiled the Urdu version of Supreme Court verdict on Panamagate at the National Press Club and plans to translate it in Pashto, Sindhi and Balochi.
“This step has been taken to apprise the public of real judgment by the apex court and expose the lies being floated by the ruling party,” spokesman for PTI Fawad Chaudhary said at the press conference. MNA Murad Saeed and senator Shibli Faraz were also present on the occasion.
“We are sending the copies of the Urdu translation to the PM Secretariat and the media team of PML-N to chief ministers , lawyers and various other people so that everybody including the people in government can read it as well as understand it,” Fawad Chaudhary said.
“If somebody still feels that they are innocent or that they have the right to rule than only Almighty can change their mind,” he added.
Murad Saeed highlighted several paragraphs of the decision and said that the whole verdict showed that that the judges were not satisfied with money trail.
“Now they are rewarding the people who were involved in money laundering for Ishaq Dar and Nawaz Sharif and his family,” he said and added one such example is Saeed Ahmed who has been made National Bank president, as he was facilitating the ruling family in illegal outflow of money.
The PTI leaders also demanded that the proceedings of the JIT be made public.
