The first official English-language trailer for the upcoming Pokemon the Movie: I Choose You has been released.

The trailer shared on the official PokemonYouTube channel shows protagonist Ash Ketchum’s first moments after being matched with his iconic partner and series mascot, Pikachu.

The film is described as a retelling of Ash and Pikachu’s origin story from the original animated series, featuring new characters and Pokemon.

“Where were you when Ash first met Pikachu? Journey back to where it all began in Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!” the trailer description states.

New version of George Michael’s “Fantasy”

Sony Music released “Fantasy”, a single by the late George Michael featuring Nile Rodgers.

“First recorded by the superstar in the late ‘80s, the track was intended to be featured on George Michael’s second solo album, the multi-platinum, Listen Without Prejudice Vol.1, but was left off,” a news release explained.

The recording artist chose “Fantasy” in early 2016 as the single to launch the re-issue of his 1990 album Listen Without Prejudice Vol.1/MTV Unplugged, which is due out this October 20.

Michael contacted Rodgers to update the track for the project and the result is the current, up-tempo version of the song.

The creepy smile of ‘It’!

Bill Skarsgard, the face behind the sinister joker in the movie It, explained how he developed the terrifying smile he used for his role as Pennywise in It.

Skarsgard said he discovered the ability to make the creepy smile runs in the family after his brother and fellow actor Gustaf Skarsgard was also able to do it. At the age of 10, Skarsgard said he discovered he could contort his mouth in the same way and used it to torment his younger brother.

“I came up with this character called Jurgen and I would pull my t-shirt up over my head and do this face and I would chase my little brother,” he said. Skarsgard said his younger brother was ‘OK’ after the experience, but joked that he was still traumatised watching him perform in It.
