GUJAR KHAN: The Gujar Khan Bar Association elections, held on Saturday, resulted in the victory of Aurangzeb Anwer Mughal and Sheikh Shahid Munir as the president and vice president, respectively.

Mr Mughal secured 121 votes against Iftikhar Hussain Qureshi, who received 102. Mr Munir received 128 votes, defeating Sikandar Zulqurnain Raja, who received 98.

Office-bearers elected unopposed include Mirza Arshad Anjum as general secretary, Malik Nisar Awan joint secretary, Ifrana Jabeen finance secretary and Mehar Ehsan Khan as library secretary.
