LAHORE: The Punjab caretaker government has terminated the contractual appointment of Brig (retired) Muzaffar Ali Ranjha as director-general of the Anti-Corruption Establishment, Punjab, with immediate effect in lieu of one month’s salary.

Additional Chief Secretary Tariq Najeeb Najmi has been assigned the additional charge of the post of the ACE DG in addition to his own duties, till the posting of a regular incumbent.
