Save Gwadar coast

NATURE has blessed Gwadar with a great port and coastline. Progress has arrived in the area and activity at the port has picked up. This has a downside.

The enhanced port operations and increase in population has led to a degradation of Gwadar’s pristine coastline. Untreated waste water is being let into the sea and garbage in polythene bags is also being thrown in the sea. These polythene bags are a danger to marine species and a source of pollution as well.

The Balochistan government should take strict action in the matter.
