Establish a national Maternal Health Programme; double the size of the LHW programme

In order to promote gender parity, the PTI, in its manifesto, states that it "will establish a large scale national Maternal Health Programme to provide assisted births along with family health and planning information to women". The PTI also vows to "double the size of the LHW programme", which it says will "ensure each woman has access to complete package of Lady Health Worker (LHW) services".
