Dusty Peshawar

MORNING once used to be a time for breathing in fresh air, but isn’t so now for Peshawarites. With the city’s growing construction and expansion projects like the metro bus, the city is getting dirtier. All this is causing people to suffer from respiratory problems and eye infections. It is equally hazardous for the traffic police to spend long hours inhaling dust.

It is necessary for the authorities to take immediate action on this issue. They need to spray water on roads in the morning through tankers or else people will feel neglected and suffer from serious health problems.
