Quetta roads

MOST of the roads in Quetta like Jinnah Road, Kandhari Bazaar Road and Zarghoon Road were built before independence. They were built for a handful of people after 1935. Unfortunately, the city is still dependant on these few roads though its population has grown.

Also, the number of cars in the city has increased even faster. These roads are in poor condition and unable to provide the comfort of transport to a fast-growing population. The city outskirts are just what we call dirt roads.

Quetta needs modern infrastructure and traffic signals to reduce the number of accidents and improve its traffic movement.
