FIR of Indian aggression sent to CTD for further action

MANSEHRA: The district police officer of Mansehra has dispatched a First Information Report (FIR) about the Feb 26 Indian aggression to the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) for further investigation and legal action.

The FIR was lodged at the Saddar Police Station by Constable Waqas Ahmad, who rushed to the area soon after Indian fighter jets released its payloads at Jaba near Balakot.

“The initial investigation revealed that Indian aircraft released their payloads at a mountainous area, which didn’t cause any loss of life, except slight injuries to a local Noran Shah at his forehead. His house was partially damaged in the incident,” the FIR said.

The FIR said that Indian government and its armed forces had hatched a conspiracy against Pakistan soon after the Pulwama incident in occupied Kashmir and violated Pakistan’s airspace by releasing payloads.

“The Indian government started hurling threats on Pakistan since the Pulwama attack in occupied Kashmir and then dropped payloads in Jaba near Balakot,” the FIR said.

The FIR nominated Indian pilots as the direct suspects and the Indian government and heads of armed forces as co-suspects for the aggression.

The FIR also mentioned sporadic artillery fire at the Line of Control in AJK.
