Take a look into SIUT in Karachi, and see how #PakistanIsCompassionate

"Just because they can't afford to live, we can't let them die"

This is the guiding principle of Dr. Adeeb Rizvi, the man behind SIUT in Karachi, one of the largest tertiary care hospitals in Asia.

In this short film by AWB Films, narrator Eva Zu Beck walks through the halls of this institution which treats thousands of patients every day, according to highest international standards, yet does not charge a single rupee.

Titled #PakistanIsCompassionate, this film reveals how, in spite of structural challenges, big-hearted Pakistanis like Dr. Rizvi have stepped in to facilitate healthcare for thousands of poor patients. Their spirit and generosity is testament to the compassion seeped in the soul of this country.
