PAKISTAN are fortunate to have Wahab Riaz playing in this World Cup after the moody fast bowler was nowhere in the reckoning in the weeks leading to the tournament.

Capable of generating pace when the situation demands, Wahab would be eying a bagful of wickets as a belated birthday gift having turned 34 yesterday (Friday).

As an ODI bowler Wahab has been a genuine wicket-taker but also goes for lot of runs.
