Internet offers thousands of websites for children, we try to review only those which are worth visiting in terms of their educational and fun content, including kid-friendly videos, games and e-books.

Similarly, today’s site is about providing you with educational as well as fun content, which will polish your grey cells and won’t let them go dull. For this we are reviewing www.funbrain.com — a site which offers hundreds of games, books, comics and videos that develop skills in math, reading, problem-solving and literacy.

From kids of pre-Kindergarten to kids of grade eight, the site takes you on a fun ride learning. The homepage is neatly categorised with five categories on top right to choose from. The categories include ‘Games’ which are educational only; the section ‘Reading’ contains amazing e-books on various genres; ‘Videos’ has lots of interesting experiments, funny kids pranks, short cartoon movies, puppet interviews, etc., while ‘Playground’ is only for pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten kids with lots of fun activities and videos.

If you don’t want to go to these categories you can choose ‘grade-wise’ from pre-K to grade eight. The content is safe and focussed on enhancing your skills reading and learning skills.

Funbrain claims to be the leader in free educational games for kids since 1997. The site also claims that its content offers a fun and safe experience for kids, both at home and at school. The good thing about this site is that it does not collect personal identifiable information from kids.

So if you want to see something new and keep your grey cells on track, then www.funbrain.com is the right choice to spend your time on.
