Cook-it-yourself: Grapes and mint mojito

Grapes are amazingly refreshing fruits that are also easy to eat, anywhere and anytime. For centuries and much more, people have known grapes as a fruit packed with plenty of health benefits. It’s loaded with antioxidant properties, among many other things, so when you’re looking for a low-calorie snack or a water-filled food to boost your skin, turn to grapes that are aplenty now.

One of the most popular ways of consuming grapes has been in the form of drinks. And here I am going to share a very easy and super refreshing way to make a mouth-watering grape drink. I am not using the word recipe because there really isn’t any one, you can just put any amount of the ingredients to suit your taste and blend everything together. So simple and easy!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup green grapes

• Any white carbonated drink

• 2 tablespoons mint leaves

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• Ice cubes

Method

Put all the things except the carbonated drink in a blender/food processor and blend. You don’t have to blend it till it is very smooth as a bit of the fruit chunks give a nice fresh taste to the drink.

Pour into two glasses, then top with any white carbonated drink of your choice. Add ice cubes and mint leaves on top to serve.

Sugar can be added if the grapes are not very sweet but I skipped it as it was sweet and refreshing enough.

Beat the heat with this easy and healthy drink!
