Pesco gets new chief
PESHAWAR: Engineer Mohammad Jabbar Khan took charge as chief executive of Peshawar Electric Supply Company (Pesco) here on Thursday.
According to a statement issued here, the seat had fallen vacant after the retirement of Pesco’s chief executive Mohammad Amjad Khan.
Engineer Jabbar belongs to Gilgit-Baltistan. He graduated from the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, in 1985-86. He also holds MBA (HR) degree.
He joined Wapda in 1987 and had served as SDO, executive engineer and senior engineer in different parts of the country.
