Can we tackle this pandemic?
This is regarding the article “Can we tackle this pandemic” by Ramsha Rizwan, published on April 18, 2020. The article offered great advice about how people can stay safe.
The writer told us that we should not panic as it won’t help. A small mistake can be harmful because if we get infected, then our family will get infected too, so it is important not to break the lockdown rules.
We can read books, use the phone, play board games and study.
We can tackle this pandemic easily together. Lastly, I would request everybody to stay home to stay safe.

Reflections of a mother
This is regarding the Mother’s Day article “Reflections of a mother” by Al (YW, May 9, 2020). First of all, mother is a word which fills everyone with emotions. A mother is certainly the most important human being in everyone’s life. A mother’s love for her child certainly cannot be compared with anything.
A mother sacrifices her happiness for her child and plays a vital role in the upbringing of a child. Mothers are also the emotional backbone of the family, they care about and support everyone’s feelings.
Without a mother, life would certainly be dark and gloomy. Mums are like buttons as they hold the whole family together.

Stay home, keep learning
This refers to the cover story “Stay home, keep learning, by Omair Alavi (YW, May 16, 2020).
I appreciate the writer for providing us with such a worthwhile article and suggesting interesting books for us to read to pass these lockdown days. Definitely, reading is the best way to pass this time as well as do some learning in a non-academic way.
I would also urge all fellow students not to waste time waiting for the reopening of educational institutions and we should persist with our learning at home through reading of books.

A nightmare
This refers to the story “A nightmare” by Mir Umar (YW, May 2, 2020). I read this story in one go and enjoyed it a lot.
The writer narrated the story in a brilliant way. In the story, the writer has elaborated the spiritual power of a mother and her praiseworthy actions during a hardship her child faces, in this case it was a storm in a nightmare.
Only a mother can take our worries away.
