KARACHI: Sindh Tennis Association (STA) will organize 1st Taqwiyat-Ul-Iman School Sindh Ranking Tennis Championships from Sept 5 at the Union Club.

Besides Taqwiyat-Ul-Iman’s support, this week-long Sindh Ranking Tennis Championships is also being held with the technical support from Para Sports Pakistan, Pakistan Soft Tennis Association , Rotary Club Karachi Sports & Continental Tennis Academy.

The events to be contested include are, Men’s Singles, Ladies Singles, Under-17, U-15, U-13, U-11 Singles, Men’s Doubles and under-9 & under 7 events.

Two events of Soft Tennis for men and one event of Wheelchair Men’s Doubles have also been also included in the championships.

Stricts SOPS will be followed by all contesting players and officials during the tournament. Last date of entry for the championships is Sept 3.

The Organising Committee comprises Khwaja Saeed Hai (President), Gulzar Firoz (Vice President) , Khalid Rehmani (Referee & Tournament Director), Sarwar Hussain (Organising Secretary) and Qudsia Raja (Chief of Umpires).
