SWABI: Two people, including a girl, were killed and three injured in different incidents here on Wednesday, the police said.

Saeed Iqbal of Achalai village and Gul Pareez Khan, a dental surgeon of Gadoon Amazai region, were on way to their homes in a car. However, when the car reached Dawa Mor it fell into a ravine. As a result, Iqbal died on the spot, and Gul Pareez was seriously injured. He was taken to the Bacha Khan Hospital Complex, Shahmansoor.

In the second incident, a girl was killed in Maneri Bala village, but the reason of her killing could not be known. However, sources said two families clashed over a dispute on a house, which resulted into the killing of the girl.

Meanwhile, three people were injured when a rickshaw and a motorcycle collided on the Swabi-Jehangira Road.
