Minecraft characters in Super Smash Bros Ultimate

Nintendo announced that characters from Minecraft will be joining crossover fighting game, Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

Steve, Alex Enderman and Zombie from Minecraft will be coming to the game’s Fighter’s Pass Vol. 2 which is available for $30 and will include six characters in total, including Min Min from Arms. There is no release date for the Minecraft characters.

The Minecraft characters were first introduced in a gameplay trailer. Steve and the others will be able to build walls, make swords and use dynamite, among other abilities. The characters retain their pixelated and blocky look from Minecraft. A Minecraft-themed stage will also be coming to Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

Fast and Furious 9 goes to space

Fast and Furious franchise is set to take place in the outer space for its ninth sequel, reports say.

Ludacris, who plays Tej, and Michelle Rodriguez confirmed the plans. When asked about the plans on Sirius XM, the Letty actress said: “Oh, no way. How did you guys find that out? See what happens?”

While Michelle didn’t let the exact storyline slip ahead of next year’s release, she did add that she wasn’t “Lucky enough” to be one of the characters who left the earth’s atmosphere. This isn’t the first time the cast has shed light on a potential space race, with Paul Walker’s brother Cody teasing the rumours in a chat, “I think anything is possible and we’ll see what the future has in store,” he told.

Fast and Furious 9 will be released in cinemas on April 2, 2021.

New Transformers toy line

Transformers: War For Cybertron siege took us into a new version of the animated story of the Autobots squaring off against the Decepticons on their home planet.

The first season of Transformers: War For Cybertron launched on Netflix earlier this year, showing off the war between Optimus Prime’s forces and Megatron’s. The official Instagram account for Transformers shared a new line of figures that will be released by Hasbro in conjunction with the animated series of War For Cybertron, bringing back the Megatron of Beast Wars, along with Cheetor, Rat Trap, and Galvatron.

We don’t know when the next two seasons will arrive on Netflix, but it’s clear that there are big things in store for this new world of Transformers!
