OKARA: A family allegedly manhandled a polio drops administering team at village 1/D -Bulandpur in the area of Mandi Ahmadabad.

According to the FIR lodged on the complaint of Dr Ali Hassan, medical officer of the union council 74/D Muhammad Nagar hospital, the team was administering polio drops to the children in the village and security and area in-charge Zeeshan Ahmad knocked on the door of a house.

The inmates Riaz, Shoaib and women abused the health department staffers, manhandled them and threatened them with dire consequences.

The Mandi Ahmadabad police registered a case.
