The art of friendship
This is with reference to the article “The art of friendship” by Sanbal Nawaz Lashari (Young World, October 17, 2020). I found this article very interesting and it made me realise how we are careless about our true relationships. We are so busy in our everyday life that we forget about our sincere and close ones.
This article reminds us how we have become busy in social networking, busy in gaining followers and likes on social media website. The article is worth reading for the young generation.

“The art of friendship” by Sunbal Nawaz Lashari had very informative advice regarding friendship. Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain, it’s not something you learn in school. Surely, it is one of the greatest bonds anyone can ever wish for. Lucky are those who have friends they can trust. Your real friends stay by your side through thick and thin.
There are essentially two types of friends: those who are good friends and the others are true friends, or best friends. The latter ones are those with whom we have a special bond of love and affection. In other words, having a true friend makes our lives easier and full of happiness. Undoubtedly, our real friends will always motivate us and cheer for us. They will take us on the right path and save us from any evil. Furthermore, true friendship is what gives us the reason to stay strong in life. Having a loving family is important but we also need true friendship to be completely happy. And when your family isn’t near, it is friends who become like family.
True friends are the best assets of our life, because they share our sorrow, soothe our pain and make us feel happy.

Be kind to stray animals
“Be kind to stray animals”, by Benazir Raz Soomro, was a well-written article in Young World, Dawn (October 10, 2020).
Being a regular reader of this magazine, I always enjoy its stories or articles as they are written wonderfully, in simple wording.
This article had good massages for the human beings of this world about animals — that animals are creatures that also need shelter to live, water to drink, food to eat, etc.
So, everyone must take responsibility for feeding stray animals whenever they see any outside their homes and help them if they are in danger. We should look after stray animals and their babies so they don’t suffer during heavy rains or any unwanted situation.
