Two murder suspects arrested in Attock

TAXILA: Attock police on Sunday arrested two persons wanted in two different murder cases in the jurisdictions of Pindigheb and Hazro police stations, respectively.

Talking to media, District Police Officer Khalid Hamdani said Pindigheb police resolved the blind murder case of a cattle farm worker whose body was found on the premises of a farm house. His stepson turned out to be the murderer.

Replying to a question about the motive behind the crime, Mr Hamdani said the victim had married the suspect’s mother and divorced her later, adding that the suspect murdered him to take revenge.
