HARIPUR, Oct 8: A man was shot dead in the city’s main bazaar on Saturday over a marriage dispute. Police said Zahoor Ahmed of Golra village was shot by his relative Iftekhar of Chailo village with an automatic pistol.

He was taken to the district headquarters hospital, from where he was referred to the Ayub Medical Complex, Abbottabad, but he died on the way. The accused has been arrested.
