Four killed as car hits motorcycle near Larkana village
LARKANA: A man and his son riding a motorcycle and two young sisters travelling in a car were killed when the car hit the motorcycle near Vakrio village, some 25 kilometres from here, on Airport Road on Tuesday. Five other persons were injured in the accident.
Officials at the Airport police station said that the car went out of its driver’s control, while he was negotiating a turn, and hit the motorcycle killing the riders, Ahmed Khan Bhagat, 40, and his son, Ahmed Raza, 4.
The bodies were taken to the Chandka Medical College Hospital for medico-legal formalities and then handed over to the heirs. The injured, Muskan, Ayesha, Mubashir, Azra and Shakila, were admitted for treatment.
The sisters who died in the accident were identified as Ms Maria 22, and Ms Paras, 18, Mangnejos by caste.
The police said the car was heading for Larkana and the bike riders were destined for Vehar village located near Moenjodaro.
