LAHORE: Forty-five buffaloes died due to electrocution while bathing in a drain at Sabzazar.

According to the initial reports, Sharafat Dogar had taken his buffaloes to the drain where an electricity wire fell.

The buffaloes suffered severe electric shock and died.

Eyewitnesses told reporters that the owner of the cattle called the Lesco employees out to seek help but they reached too late.
