MARDAN/LAKKI MARWAT: The education boards of Mardan and Bannu announced the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) examination results on Tuesday

As per the SSC exam results announced by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mardan, Ms Qandeel of Model High School, Akora Khattak Nowshera, set a record in the country’s history by obtaining 1,100 marks out of 1,100. She belonged to science group.

Fourteen students, also of science group, shared the second position with 1,098 marks each. Similarly, 58 students shared the third position with 1,096 marks each.

In SSC humanities group, Laiba Nasir of Government Girls High School, Lundkhwar Mardan, and Haseena Niamat of Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Hathian Mardan, shared the first position with 1,028 marks each.

Malaika Asghar of Government Girls High School, Lundkhwar Mardan, obtained second position with 1,024 marks, and Ruqayya Arif of Awan Public School, Topi Swabi, got third position with 1,014 marks.

In HSSC results, Fiza Majeed of Punjab College, Kandar Nowshera, clinched the first position with 1,088 marks, and Mohammad Mudassir Khan of Quaid-i-Azam College for Boys Mardan, stood second with 1,086 marks.

Ms Khadija of Punjab College, Kandar Nowshera, Khushboo Ajmal of Peshawar Model Degree College for Girls, Swabi, and Haseena Gul of Concordia College, Hakimabad Nowshera, shared the third position by obtaining 1,084 marks each.

All the top three position holders belonged to pre-medical group.

In pre-engineering group, Abdur Rehman of Jinah Model School and College, Yar Hussain Swabi, stood first with 1,078 marks, Zabihullah of Karnal Sher Khan Cadet College, Swabi, got second position with 1,072 marks and Essa Jan of Tufail Shaheed Army College, Mardan, and Sadaf Mehboob of Peace Group of Schools and Colleges, Mardan, shared the third position with 1,070 marks each.

Meanwhile, in the HSSC examination results announced by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Bannu, Hafsa Gul, a pre-medical group student of Government Girls Degree College, Mandan Bannu, grabbed the first position by obtaining 1,080 marks.

Toheedullah Khan, a student of Government Degree College No 2, Bannu, stood second by securing 1,074 marks. Mohammad Ashraf Khan of the same college, and Mohammad Tufail of Cadet College, Razmak North Waziristan, shared the third position, getting 1,070 marks each.

Ali Mohammad of Cadet College, Razmak, and Muzdalfa Khan of Panel High School, Bannu, shared the first position in matriculation examination results, securing 1,094 marks each.

Four students shared the second position by getting 1,092 marks each. Seven students shared the third position by obtaining 1,090 marks each.
