Number of Covid-19 vaccine doses administered in Pakistan tops 100 million: Asad Umar

Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Asad Umar has shared that the total number of Covid-19 vaccination doses administered in the country has exceeded 100 million.

The doses were administered to 68m people, of which more than 38m are fully vaccinated while 30m have been administered one dose of a coronavirus vaccine, he said in a tweet.

The minister urged people to get their second doses, terming it "extremely important".
