Importance of libraries

In today’s fast-paced life, where technology is given much importance, libraries are almost forgotten by most people. However, libraries have always played a vital role in providing students with countless educational material including, books and reference material that are often not available in shops. So, in my opinion, the government should build more libraries in all the cities and towns of each province of Pakistan, so that students get access to reading material easily.

Try, try and keep trying

This is with reference to the story, “Try, try and keep trying”, by Zayna Rahman (YW, December 11). This story gives a great lesson to all of us about the society we are living in.

For instance, if people speak ill about you, let them speak, don’t bother about their words because you know how good you are. Apart from that, I loved the idea that, if you want to prove someone wrong, then prove yourself right first.

The story “Try, try and keep trying” by Zayna Rahman was a motivational story. Trying to reach your goal is the only way of becoming successful, without trying no one can get success. Successful people always try instead of giving up. We can take inspiration from a little ant which keeps on going no matter how many hindrances come in its way, it will surpass them and reach its destination. Thus, the story gave a lesson to us to keep trying until we reach our goal.

Paper flowers wreath

This is regarding the section Wonder crafts “Paper flowers wreath” by The Crafter (YW, December 11). It was literally an amazing craft. The wreath looked amazing and we can decorate our home with this simple craft. Moreover, we can present it to our friends on their birthday. I request the contributor to come up with crafts specifically for boys.

The terrifying trees

This is regarding the story “The terrifying trees” by Ayzah Umar (YW, December 18). I liked the story very much because it portrayed a true picture of how trees look in the day and how they seem to most of us at night.

We have a lot of trees in front of our house, they look so magnificent in the day time, but when the sun sets, they look terrifying giants of nature. But this is all our perception of things, so we must not get scared but love and appreciate the beauty of nature all the time.
