LAHORE: A sessions court in Multan on Wednesday gave life imprisonment to a man in a rape case and also imposed a fine of Rs500,000.

A rape case was registered against Bilal in the Muzaffarabad police station in May 2019 on the complaint of woman’s brother. The police arrested the suspect and during investigation it was proved that he had raped the woman.

During the trial, the prosecution proved the charges.
