Knowledge leads to wisdom
This is regarding the article “Knowledge leads to wisdom,” by Fatima Ahmad (YW, February 26).
It was an informative article. The lesson learnt from the article is that true knowledge is acquired from facts, news and through experience. However, there is a difference between having knowledge and using that knowledge. The effective and remarkable use of knowledge leads you to wisdom, which sharpens and discerns your hidden potential and qualities.

A chance to prove
This is regarding the story “A chance to prove” by Mahira Aziz (YW, March 5). It was a motivational story for girls.
No doubt, girls have many skills, they just need to be given a chance to prove themselves. People think that girls are emotional so they can’t deal with things boys can, but this is completely wrong. All girls have the potential to put aside their emotions and act wisely.

The child
This is with reference to the story “The child” by Eshal Amin (YW, February 26). The story highlighting a very important issue in a simple way. It showed us that every child should be given the right to choose their career. In other words, they should be given the right to fulfil their dreams.
Children need guidance, love and care. Parents should not impose their dreams on their children. Sometimes when parents fail to fulfil their dreams in their lives, so they envision their kids living that dream and want them to achieve what they could not get. It is unfair to insist that children to pursue the unfulfilled dreams of their parents without a thought to what children want for themselves.

Using things wisely
This is regarding the article “Using things wisely” by Pervez Mulabakhsh (YW, February 26). The writer highlighted the significance of using things wisely and sensibly.
It is evident that our world is developing, with new technologies and new inventions coming out every now and then. But they are only productive if we utilise them the right way. Using all your resources is the key to growth, so learn to invest in a practical way and let success come to you.
Don’t shut the doors of opportunities because of carelessness. It will give you a whole new perspective of life when you’ll look back and be proud of yourself for what you have become by using things sensibly.
