Meanwhile, a 45-year-old man was murdered in Afshan Colony, the Race Course area on Thursday.
Jahanzeb Gul, brother of the victim Hameed Gul, complained to the police that his brother was stabbed to death by a man who was seen by his sister while leaving the house of the victim.
He further said that as his sister entered her brother’s house, she found him lying in the pool of blood and saw an individual hurriedly leaving the house. She tried to chase him but he managed to escape.
He said his brother Hameed Gul had no enmity with anybody; however, he suspected that this was the same individual who had visited his brother’s house last night.
